Which wax melts have the longest lasting scent?
We design our wax melts for a slow and clean fragrance release, ensuring a consistent aroma in your home. Wax melts release their fragrance quickly when warmed, creating an immediate and impactful scent. Once the scent fades, it’s time to replace your melt with a fresh one.
Which wax melter is best?
We do not recommend a specific ‘best’ wax melter. Our wax melts are designed for use with any suitable warmer, whether electric or tealight. Always use your wax melts with a suitable warmer and follow our safety guidelines for the best experience.

Our Signature Wax Blend: The Heart of Our Melts
At the core of every wax melt we create is our unique wax blend. We use our own coconut and rapeseed wax blend, nothing else added, for a slow and clean fragrance release. This carefully developed combination is chosen specifically to ensure that the aroma fills your room beautifully and consistently.
We are soy-free and paraffin-free by choice. Our coconut and rapeseed blend is free from soy, paraffin, palm, and beeswax. We also ensure our waxes are non-GMO and produced without bee-harming pesticides. We avoid paraffin due to concerns about indoor air quality, prioritising a cleaner experience for your home.
Each of our wax melts is hand-poured in small batches in Nottingham, a tradition we’ve upheld since 2018. This small-batch approach is crucial; it allows us precise control over the distribution of fragrance, ensures a flawless wax finish, and enables rigorous quality checks at every stage. We take pride in the meticulous process, from mixing approximately 10% fragrance oil into our wax to pouring it into rubber moulds and allowing it to set for a full 24 hours.
You might hear terms like ‘cold throw’ and ‘hot throw’ in the world of home fragrance. ‘Cold throw’ refers to the scent intensity of a product when it’s unlit or unwarmed, straight out of the package. ‘Hot throw’ is the scent released when the product is actively warming. We rigorously test every single fragrance for both its cold and hot scent throw, ensuring that you receive a product that performs exceptionally well both before and during use.
Many people find that wax melts can feel stronger than traditional candles, and there’s a good reason for this. When wax melts are warmed, the fragrance releases quickly, creating an immediate and impactful aroma. This rapid diffusion means you get to enjoy the full strength of the scent almost instantly. Once you notice the scent fading, it’s time to replace your melt with a fresh one to keep your home smelling wonderful.
For the safest and most enjoyable experience, please follow these simple guidelines. Always use your wax melts with a suitable warmer, whether electric or tealight. Never overfill your warmer with wax, as this can lead to spills. Crucially, never add water to your warmer. Always ensure you do not leave a warming wax melt unattended. Once you’re ready to change scents, let the wax cool and solidify completely before attempting to remove it from the warmer.
We understand that many of our customers are pet owners and care deeply about their furry friends. We are not veterinary professionals, and we strongly advise consulting your vet if you have specific concerns about fragrance products and your pet. It’s worth remembering that an animal’s nose is far more sensitive than ours. From our perspective, forcing a strong scent on them unnecessarily is not a kind choice. Consider using your melts in areas where your pets don’t spend a lot of time, or opt for less intense scents if you notice any discomfort.
While our focus here is on wax melts, we also offer a range of candles crafted with the same dedication to quality. Our standard 220g candles, for example, are designed to burn for approximately 45 hours when used correctly.
