  • The price band will include packaging and be the following rates, Under 1KG £3.99 Under 2KG £5.50, Over 2KG £6.99
  • How long does it take to receive my item? All orders received will be posted within 48 hours  (order received before noon)  by Royal Mail ‘Tracked’. 48.
  • How quick is Royal Mails 24 hour service, we aim to ship the following day from order, Mon-Fri. Royal Mail then aims to deliver in 24 hours from Dispatch.
  • Why can’t you use standard 1st or 2nd class post? We have no option but to use the tracked service. If the item goes missing RM will not refund us if there’s an issue.
  • Do you use recycled packaging?  We constantly use the bits left over from our suppliers and reduce plastic where we can.
  • What is you returns policy? We refund if your order goes missing. If you are not satisfied please return the item and packaging back to 21 Pippin Close, Selston, Nottingham, NG16 6JE.
  • If however you opt for a safe place  you do so at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for items not delivered if you request a safe place rather than a tracked service
  • There are no refunds if your parcel is shown as tracked and delivered to your address
