How does it work?

Register as a wholesale user and simply choose and order your products from our shop. Once you are logged in the Retail prices will change to the TRADE PRICES. The Total amount TRADE needs to be a minimum of £30.  In the notes section at the end just write “White Label” We will then ship your order unbranded. (Please note we are required by law to put our CLP on the base to protect you and the customer. (If you are already a Trade user you are ready to start! Just write White Label on the notes on Checkout and your order will be unbranded for Candle Tins, Melts, 3 Wick and Diffusers.

What is the difference between branded and unbranded (White Label)?

Branded is our Matty’s Brand, Unbranded is explained below:

The Candle Tins are supplied without the scent name on the top, without the badge on the front. You supply both labels when received.  (it is on the CLP so you can identify them)

The 3 Wicks are unbranded laser is extra or you can just do you own labels for the front

The Melts are supplied in a thin poly sleeve, again with our CLP on the back but ready for you to put your own label on the front. We suggest packaging like a cardboard sleeve for rigidity.

The diffusers come with the reeds and you will need to supply your labeling and scent label.

What size labels do I need?

Candle Tins – Top Scent Circular Label 60mm diameter. Front Badge 40mm

Melts – We recommend 40 to 60mm square. 40mm x 40mm is best

3 Wicks – 40mm high and 40 to 80mm width

Diffusers – 64mm x 38mm
